Property Description

The property which is hereby submitted to the Act is described as follows:

        ALL THAT TRACT or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 95 of the 17th District of Fulton County, Georgia, and being more particularly described as follows:

        BEGINNING at an iron pin on the southwesterly side of Wieuca Road, 373.1 feet southeasterly, as measured along the southwesterly side of Wieuca Road, from the corner formed by the intersection of the southwesterly side of Wieuca Road and the easterly side of Roswell Road; thence running southeasterly, as measured along the southwesterly side of Wieuca Road, 786 feet to an iron pin; thence south 01 degrees 58 minutes west, 294.7 feet to an iron pin; thence north 89 degrees 33 minutes east, 80 feet to a pipe on the east line of Land Lot 95; thence running south 00 degrees 07 minutes east along the east line of said Land Lot 95, 145.4 feet to an iron pin; thence north 61 degrees 37 minutes west, 745 feet to a pipe; thence north 08 degrees 18 minutes east, 699.7 feet to an iron pin on the southwesterly side of Wieuca Road and the point of beginning.
